Required Skills & Experience:
- Minimum 5 years’ construction estimating experience with a GC or Design-Build firm.
- Proven track record leading successful project bids; experience in ICI construction.
- Proficient with estimating software (PlanSwift, Procore) and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills; able to manage multiple projects.
