Qualifications:
- Technical/skilled trades diploma; 442A or 309A preferred
- 2–4 years in an industrial or manufacturing environment
- Hands-on experience with Extruder machines and PLC logic (required)
- Strong troubleshooting, safety-first mindset, and communication skills
